Our Projects
Exchange Court,
Manchester
Gunfire was engaged by Renaker to carry out firestopping works on Exchange Court, the tallest residential building in the City of Manchester. The project, which was completed in October 2019, involved providing fire protection measures to ensure the safety of the occupants.
Our scope of works for the Exchange Court project included firestopping to slab service penetrations within riser cupboards and firestopping through compartment walls within the basement. These measures were put in place to ensure that any potential fire risks were mitigated and that the building’s fire safety measures were up to code.
The value of our work on this project was £21,000. We take pride in our ability to provide cost-effective solutions to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
