Phoenix Phase
1, 2 & 3
Gunfire was recently commissioned by Phoenix Community Housing to complete fire risk assessment actions throughout its entire housing portfolio. Phoenix CH is a resident-led housing association operating in South London that works towards creating vibrant, sustainable communities by providing quality housing and services.
Our team was tasked with carrying out a comprehensive replacement of the riser cupboard using Gerda Security Fire Doors to ensure compliance with current fire safety regulations. This was a critical part of the project to minimize the spread of fire and smoke throughout the building.
The project was completed in June 2022, on time and within budget. The value of our works amounted to £1.2 million, a testament to the scale and complexity of the project. Gunfire takes pride in ensuring that all our projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality and safety, with the ultimate aim of protecting people and property.
