That’s a wrap on UKREiiF 2025!

Tom Laws, Rhys Boxall and Will Maunder-Taylor had a busy 3 days in Leeds at UKREiiF2025

We attended sessions on the Building Safety Act and its impact on passive fire protection, the evolving legislative landscape, and the Grenfell Phase 2 report and what the sector must learn from it. Discussions also covered navigating the HRB regime, the importance of transparency and engagement between procurement teams and suppliers, and how better building information management, including the Golden Thread, can support long-term safety and compliance.

Plenty to take in, some honest and important discussions, and a clear reminder of the responsibility we all share in raising standards and delivering safer buildings.

Great to catch up with so many of you!
