Our News

Our Quality Assurance team recently attended a CPD session hosted by NHBC (National House Building Council) with the team at Frankham Risk Management Services to gain deeper insights into timber-framed buildings and help us expand our knowledge of their construction and fire performance.

We have found these types of buildings are cropping up more frequently in our surveys, so we wanted to make sure our surveyors have a full understanding of how timber frames behave in a fire, ensuring that we can identify potential risks and ensure buildings are properly protected.

We’re proud to have supported Frankham for over five years, assisting with their Fire Risk Assessments and delivering detailed compartmentation surveys across a range of properties. Training sessions like this one help strengthen our technical expertise and, ultimately, protect more people and properties.
