Perfume Factory – London W3

We are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest project: The Perfume Factory in London W3!

Starting in late 2022, our team has worked tirelessly on Fire Stopping and installation of 3000+ seals for apartment letterboxes, riser cupboards, communal areas, and the basement.

This impressive new development features 25 stories and 374 flats, transforming this historic location in North Acton into a vibrant mixed-use area for the local community.

Gunfire has thoroughly enjoyed working on such an iconic new build in partnership with Telford Homes.
