• Fire Stopping to Service Penetrations

Description: The Wardian, a luxury residential development overlooking Canary Wharf, comprised of two towers with a total of 766 homes, required extensive fire stopping measures. Gunfire’s scope of works included fire stopping to slab penetrations, corridor risers, and around lift shafts. Collars were installed to the underside of pipes to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. In addition, linear gap seals were installed through the slab to each tower, creating a barrier against the spread of fire.
