We’re proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week here at Gunfire.

This year’s theme ‘Community’ hits home for us. It’s about looking after ourselves and each other.

In the past, we’ve partnered with Phoenix Community Housing to support their summer fun days and Christmas events. These gatherings offer more than just entertainment they create safe, welcoming spaces where neighbours can connect, families can relax, and people can access support. From setting up stalls to supplying volunteers and resources, we’ve played an active role in making these events happen.

This year, we launched our 25 Acts of Kindness, a company-wide initiative designed to give back in meaningful ways. So far, we’ve donated food and funds to local foodbanks, knitted baby hats and blankets for neonatal wards, and provided clothes and spare materials to donation banks supporting people in need. And we’re just getting started!

It’s a reminder that small actions, when done with care, can make a real difference in people’s lives.
